What time can I check in?
Check in is from 3pm, but we are always happy to accommodate requests where we can. Check out is at 10am.
What is included in my booking?
We include fresh linen and towels, bathroom toiletries (shampoo conditioner and shower gel). Coffee and tea are available and we are very happy to facilitate any special requests in advance.
How close is the train station?
How close is the train station?
Plymouth Station is a 12 minute walk away from the apartment, or 5 minutes by taxi.
Is there a minimum amount of nights I can stay for?
We have a minimum three night stay policy, but do offer discounted rates for stay that is a week or more.
Can I park nearby?
We have numerous car parks within close proximity to the Sail Loft and also have on street Ringo parking. On request we have secure off street parking integrated in the property which we can rent by separate arrangement. Our garage has the potential to accommodate up to four cars.
Where is the University in relation to your property?
Plymouth University's main campus, unlike most other universities, is situated in the city centre. This makes The Sail Loft an ideal location for families visiting their children whilst at university or for attending graduation, as the University is 0.5 miles away, or an 11 minute walk.
Where can I take the Brittany Ferry crossings to?
Roscoff and St Malo in France and Santander and Bilbao in Spain. The ferry terminal is a 5 minute drive from here.
Are there any beverages at the apartment?
We are happy to purchase anything you request in advance of your visit payable on arrival and we do have an honesty system with a wine selection which is available and labelled by price on each bottle.
